How do I pay?
To order online you will need a VISA, MasterCard or Maestro card. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Diners cards. We will not charge your account until your order is despatched. All payments should be made in sterling.
How will my book be delivered?
Your order will be despatched from our warehouse by first class mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please see below for our postage rates.
What is the Card Verification Code?
The Card Verification Code system has been introduced by banks as a measure to combat credit card fraud. If you are using VISA or Mastercard, this will be the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.

All of our books are sent by first class mail. Please be aware that if your order is particularly heavy, we may need to charge you more for the postage. However, we will always contact you before we do so.

On special items, such as boxsets, we will require a higher rate of postage for the weight of the item, or because of the level of care we demand of our carriers. The price of packing and delivering these items are stated in a separate line in Your Shopping Basket, which you can confirm before you complete your order.
Cancelling an Order
If you've placed an order by accident or changed your mind about the books you'd like, don't worry. You can cancel or amend an order with us right up to the moment that it's despatched.
If you do decide to make a change, contact us immediately. We will endeavour to stop your books before they're sent out.
If your order has already been processed and despatched, you will have to wait until you receive your parcel before returning/cancelling the order..
Ordering online with Notting Hill Editions is safe and secure. All of your details are collected on a secure server using a powerful encryption code. We do not trade your details with any other company.
Forgotten or Changing Passwords
Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password. Click the link called ‘Forgotten Password’ below the fields on the right where you would normally enter your username and password.
Fill in the required fields and select submit. We will immediately email you instructions on how to change your password and re-enter the site.
Editing Your Personal Details
To amend your name or address details, select the ‘Profile’ button at the top right hand side of the page, next to your username.
Next to your name, click the link Edit Personal Details. When you reach the page, you will be shown editable fields for most of your known details. Overtype the incorrect line, and when you are happy with the results click the 'update details' button at the bottom of the page. Our records will be amended accordingly.

Credit Card Security
The security of our website is demonstrated by a closed padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window. This padlock will appear when you are asked to enter your personal details.
All credit and debit card transactions made on Notting Hill Editions website go through secure server technology (SSL). This technology provides security in the form of data encryption, data authentication and data integrity. The encryption process encodes the data, so that it can only be read by the secure server. The authentication process assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct server, and that the server is secure.

We have exacting standards when it comes to the production of our books, so it can be very frustrating when books are damaged during delivery. Should you receive books that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, so that we can issue a swift (and quibble-free) replacement.
